Melissa is an experienced research manager. Over two decades, she has navigated funding systems, designed research, negotiated contracts, engaged with stakeholders, and participated in large, multi-institutional programmes. She is a strategic thinker, proficient technical writer, and is passionate about translating and communicating science for a range of audiences. Within the Antarctic Science Platform, Melissa is supporting the design and delivery of strategic projects.
