Dr Antonia Cristi’s expertise is in phytoplankton ecology, biological oceanography and biogeochemistry. In the Antarctic Science Platform, Antonia investigated the impacts of climate change on phytoplankton species composition, physiology and production in coastal and open ocean regions.
